HENRY LUST - Councilman, Ward 1, and Mayor Pro-Tem

I will gladly pass the baton to Raja because he has consistently shown outstanding leadership skills and I believe that Raja is well prepared to do what is best for our city.

RITA S. SMITH - Warren Creek Subdivision

It is with great pride and confidence that I endorse Raja Antone for City Council. I have had the privilege of knowing Raja as a neighbor and as a dedicated leader in our community, most notably during his time as President of our subdivision’s Homeowners Association(HOA). His leadership left a lasting, positive impact on our neighborhood, and I believe he will bring that same vision and effectiveness to the citizens of Powder Springs.

Under Raja’s tenure as HOA President, our community truly flourished. He inspired a renewed sense of pride among residents—yards were better maintained, common areas were improved, and neighbors came together in a spirit of unity. More importantly, he made safety a top priority, implementing practical changes that helped residents feel more secure and supported.

What stands out most about Raja is his steady leadership under pressure. When the Covid-19 pandemic brought uncertainty and challenges, he didn’t waver. He made tough but necessary decisions with the well-being of the entire neighborhood in mind, even when those choices weren’t easy or popular. His calm demeanor, thoughtful approach, and commitment to doing what’s right guided us through a difficult time.

If Raja could do all that for one neighborhood, I can only imagine the great things he will accomplish representing our ward on the City Council. He brings a rare blend of professionalism, calm leadership, and wit—qualities we need more of in public service.

I wholeheartedly support Raja Antone for City Council and encourage others in Powder Springs to do the same. Our city will be better for it.

AKEEDA BESS - Former Owner, Nibbles Kitchen & Bar

I am honored to write this letter in strong support of Raja Antone as he runs for City Council for Powder Springs. As the former owner of Nibbles Kitchen & Bar, I had the privilege of witnessing firsthand the kind of person Raja is, someone who genuinely cares about his community and the small businesses that sustain it.

During the four years I operated my restaurant, Raja was more than just a loyal customer; he was a pillar of support, especially during our toughest times. Whether bringing his family in for meals or stopping by on slow days to ensure we felt seen and supported, his dedication to local businesses went beyond words; it was reflected in his actions. His consistent patronage and encouragement were a testament to his belief in uplifting the neighborhood and the people within it.

Even after I made the difficult decision to close my doors due to financial challenges, Raja remained a steadfast advocate, supporting my pop-up events and continuing to champion my efforts to serve the community. His commitment to helping small businesses like mine thrive is not just a campaign talking point, it’s a value he lives by.

I have no doubt that Mr. Antone will bring the same passion, integrity, and hands-on leadership to the City Council. He understands the struggles of small business owners, the importance of community engagement, and the need for policies that foster growth and opportunity for all.

For these reasons, I wholeheartedly endorse Mr. Raja Antone for City Council. He has my trust, my gratitude, and my full support.

PATRICK BORDELON - Lost Mountain Lakes Subdivision

As a Ward 1 resident and former Powder Springs City Councilman at Large, I am honored to be able to lend my endorsement to Raja Antone for Powder Springs City Council.

Raja has served the City with passion and intelligence for over ten years. He has the experience and skills to continue to move the city forward to be one of the best communities in which to live and raise a family.

MICHAEL BROWN - Warren Creek Subdivision

I’m proud to endorse my friend, Raja Antone, in his campaign for Powder Springs City Council. I’ve known Raja for 10 years, and I can say with full confidence that he embodies the leadership, integrity, and commitment our community deserves.

Raja Antone is not running for office out of ambition, but out of genuine dedication to public service. Whether it's advocating for key issues like smart growth or working behind the scenes to bring people together across lines of difference, Raja leads with both heart and vision.

What sets Raja apart is his ability to listen deeply and act decisively. He doesn’t just talk about change—he makes it happen. He has a clear plan and the experience and determination to follow through.

In a time when trust in leadership is more important than ever, we need someone who shows up, stands up, and lifts the voices of others. Raja Antone is that person.

I hope you’ll join me in supporting Raja Antone for City Council. With your help, we can move our community forward—together.
